What benefits can I get as an OVO customer on OVO Live?
OVO Live offers our customers always-on benefits such as advance ticketing up to 48hrs before general sale for events at our sponsored venues the OVO Hydro in Glasgow and the OVO Arena Wembley in London. Plus, access to exclusive customer lounges at the venues free of charge as well as access to the venues via a dedicated entrance.
OVO Live members can also access exclusive offers and prize draws.
Do I have to be an existing OVO customer to register and purchase presale tickets for the OVO Arena Wembley and OVO Hydro?
Yes
Do I need to be a gas or electricity customer to purchase presale tickets for the OVO Arena Wembley or OVO Hydro?
Not necessarily, you just need to be an existing OVO customer for any of our services. It's not limited to energy supply only, it could be any of our products and services, as long as you have an account with us.
I booked my tickets to an OVO venue before I was an OVO customer, so it wasn’t through OVO Live – can I still request access to the OVO Live lounge?
On arrival at the venue, please speak to an OVO Energiser or visit the OVO Energy desk to check if there are lounge places available.
What will happen if I cease to be an OVO customer?
We will close your OVO Live account and you will no longer be able to purchase presale tickets via the OVO Live site.
Where can I find my customer account number so I can register for OVO Live?
You can find your account number by logging into your online account, on your e-billing email, or at the top of your bill.
I’ve forgotten my password. How can I reset it?
You can reset your password at https://ovo-live.com/password by entering your email address and we'll then send you a link to reset your password. If you are still experiencing difficulties, email us at [email protected]
When do the presale tickets become available to purchase?
This will usually be up to 48 hours in advance of general release but may vary on occasion and is subject to availability.
I have not received my presale email – can I still buy tickets?
Please check your spam folder. However, you don't need your presale email to access presale tickets – the email only notifies you of the sale, it does not include any kind of access code. You can access presale tickets directly by logging onto ovo-live.com.
How many tickets can I purchase?
Ticket allocations for the OVO Arena Wembley and the OVO Hydro change on an event-by-event basis and are set by the promoter of the show, not OVO nor the venues, and limits will be outlined by the ticketing websites at point of purchase.
