OVO Live eligibility
Yes.
Not necessarily, you just need to be an existing OVO customer for any of our services. It's not limited to energy supply only, it could be any of our products and services, as long as you have an account with us.
We will close your OVO Live account and you will no longer be able to purchase presale tickets via the OVO Live site.
When you get to OVO Arena Wembley or the OVO Hydro, visit the OVO Live desk and speak to an OVO Energiser to find out if there are lounge places available. OVO Lounge upgrades aren't available at The O2 arena or Co-op Live as both our Lounges are within the arena bowl. OVO customers can only access the OVO Lounges at these venues if they’ve pre-bought a ticket which includes a seat within our Lounges.
Account management
You can find your account number by logging into your online account, on your e-billing email, or at the top of your bill.

Purchasing tickets
Ticket allocations for shows change on an event-by-event basis and are set by the promoter of the show, not OVO nor the venues, and limits will be outlined by the ticketing websites at point of purchase.
Each event will have different age restrictions. Please see each event for the rules.

Sometimes pre-sale and general sale timings can change without notice, keep checking the event page of the ticket provider website. If you’re having issues please contact the ticket provider directly.
You will receive confirmation at the time of booking. You will also receive an email a few days prior to the event as a reminder of your OVO Lounge booking and entry via a dedicated OVO entrance.
Tickets purchased via OVO Live for The O2 arena include a food and drink voucher. On arrival, show your ticket to the bar staff within the OVO Lounge to redeem one food and one drink item.
Attending an event
OVO customers can enjoy VIP upgrades at selected events.
